Funeral services conducted Nov. 24 at Haltom City Church of the Nazarene in Fort Worth. Survivors include daughters, Esther Benson, Rebecca Claussen, Debby Crose, Rachel Riojas and Lois Phillips, all of the Dallas/Fort Worth area; and son, Ben Fast of Oklahoma City. Other survivors include sisters, Elda Schmidt and Ruth Reather; and brothers Anton Fast, Irvin Fast and Orlando Fast.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Frey and Adina Schmidt, and a brother, Marvin.

For two years until the end of WWII, she was a relief worker in Egypt and Italy for the Mennonite Central Committee and the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration. Survivors: husband, Leland; sons and their families, John and Julie Harder of Windsor, Ontario and granddaughters, Chani and Leah, Tom and Lois Harder of Wichita and granddaughters, Hillary, Madeline and Anna. Bertha also leaves two sisters and a brother. A memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, 2008 at Bethel College Mennonite Church.

He was inducted into the Montana Rodeo Hall of Fame in 2005 and into the Montana Draft Teamsters Hall of Fame in 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Katherine (Busch) Frank; his brothers and sisters, Phillip P. Frank, Henry Frank, Alexander Frank, Mollie (John) Rupp, Katherine (Dave) Wagner, Peter Frank, George Frank, Mary (Babe) Yost and Dave Frank. PFAUTZ . He preceded her in death in 1962. She is survived by two sons, Keith and wife Judy Pfautz of Hesston and Kent and wife Michelle Pfautz of Hesston; a daughter, Karen Travis of Wichita; a brother, Harold Fritsch of Wichita; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Virginia Herbel was born June 20, 1927, on the family farm southwest Shattuck to Adam and Lydia (Steinle) Fritzler. Virginia married Eugene HERBEL on December 23, 1958, in Higgins, Texas. Virginia died Sunday, February 3, 2008, in the Woodward Regional Hospital. She was 80 years of age. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Eugene, her daughter, Vicki Hanson and husband Fred of Loveland, Colorado; a brother Raymond Fritzler and wife Ida of Shattuck; a sister Elsie Bayless and husband Glenn of Shattuck, and many other beloved family members and friends. She passed away September 23, 1997. On June 2, 1998, he married Susie Ensz in Inman. She survives. Other survivors include: a son, Merle L. and wife Theresa, Lenexa, KS; Susie's sons, Delmer and Allen Regier; a brother, Waldo, Inman; two granddaughters; and four great-grandchildren.
