POWELL, Wyo. -- Airman 2/c Neville Ronald Munsinger, 22, of Powell, was one of 45 persons killed in an Air Force transport which crashed in New Jersey Friday. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Hall of Powell. Born Jan. 25, 1934, in Casper. Munsinger had spent a 47-day furlough in Powell with his parents, and was en route to England for a three-year tour when he was killed. Surviving, besides his mother and stepfather, are his grandmother, Mrs. Eva L. Hall of Powell; his grandfather, Guy E. Munsinger of Glenrock; a brother, Airman 1C T. W. Munsinger who is serving with air police in England, and a sister, Mrs. Shirley Kalember of Phoenix.
