NESS CITY - Chris Eugene Rupp, 17, was killed in a one-vehicle accident on Highway 283, 1/4 mile from home, 8 miles South of Ness City. Chris was born Nov. 12, 1991, in Ness City, the son of Kenny and Sandy Delaney Rupp. Those he left behind are his parents; sister, Tracy; grandparents, Gene and Judy Delaney, Janette and Cliff Stieben, Jo Ann Lovitt, all of Ness City, and Bonnie Rupp, Pueblo, Colo.; great-grandmothers, Fern Delaney and Irene Blehm; aunts; uncles; cousins; and a host of friends. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Eugene Rupp and great-grandparents, Ed and Dorthea Rupp, Homer Delaney and Herman Blehm.
