Other survivors include: children: Janet (Alan) Priddy, Darryl (Sylvia) Ehrlich and Carol (Bill) Stevens; and three grandchildren.

Florence Ruth Hefley was born July 22, 1927, on a farm near Durham, to Fred and Anna (Zimmerman) Hefley.

Her father died in a farm accident in July 1937. Her siblings were Alma Schlautcher, Theodore, Reuben, Earlene Hilsenbeck, Alvie, Harvey, and Maynard Hefley.  On Sept. 4, 1954, married to JONATHAN EHRLICH.

To this union three children were born: Janet Lynne, Darryl Lee, and Carol Jean.  Florence passed away April 27, 2010.   Survived by her husband, J.C. Ehrlich of Marion; children, Janet and husband Alan Priddy of Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Darryl and wife Sylvia Ehrlich of Marion, and Carol and husband Bill Stevens of Red Bluff, Calif.; and three grandchildren. Nathan Priddy, Anna Priddy, and Jacob Ehrlich.

John Heinitz Died at his Home here Thursday - John Fred Heinitz, son of John Fred Heinitz and of his wife Anna Katharina Keil, was born in Eckheim, Russia, on September 20, 1864.  On Dec. 25, 1882, he married KATHARINA  In the year 1906, the departed came to this country in company with his wife and their three children, arriving in Russell county, in April.  He passed away Jan. 30; he had reached the age of 82 years, three months and 10 days.   Survived by his sorrowing wife, Katharina; his son, Fred; two daughters, Mrs. Ann Hardt and Mrs. Emilie Steinle, both of Dorrance; nineteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; and one brother, George Heinitz, of Garden City.

Kenneth J. Heinrich, 77, died January 29, 2010, at Hutchinson.  Born September 29, 1932, in Grainfield, KS, to Gabriel and Mary Alma Engel Heinrich.  On August 18, 1956, he married DIXIE KAY FULTON.   She survives.

Dorrance - David Heinze, 79, Wichita, died at his home Tuesday.  Born in Germany.  Survivors include a son, Samuel, Wichita: three sisters, Mrs. Mary Schneider, Downs; Mrs. Rachel Borecky, Hutchinson, and Mrs. Elizabeth Buckbee, Ellinwood, and three brothers, Fred, Great Bend; Charles, Wilson, and Gusteen, Wilson.  Note: David Heinze, was born September 19, 1885, in Dreispitz, Russia. He died April 16, 1965, and is buried in the "Colony Cemetery".  He came to the United States with his parents, David G. and Elizabeth Steinle Heinze in the spring of 1887.

In addition to her first husband, Edwin, she was preceded in death by five sisters.   Note:  Her parents came from Oberdorf, Russia to the United States in 1914.
