Village Newsletter
The purpose of the Lower Volga Villages Sheet was to facilitate family research of Volga Germans by providing information about the lower Volga village area, concentrating on the parishes of Stephan and Galka.
Because of a drop in the number of subscriptions, new subscriptions are no longer being accepted, and the newsletter will not be published after the May 2009 edition.
